A music video featuring J.Phu's new single, "Closer". from his upcoming album, The Lonely Candidate. Filmed around sunny Foster City, California, the video follows a "figurative" chase between Justin Phu and actress, Erin Harris.
TRAPPED Trailer
Produced as a final project for a digital video production class, TRAPPED is a 2-minute conceptual trailer containing elements of action, sci-fi and mystery, similar to the Twilight Zone. It follows a college student who is trapped in a place that is both familiar and strange as he races against the clock to escape.
Expressions: The Art of San Mateo
A 3-minute promotional video that showcases the art in and around the city of San Mateo as well as the artists that make the city their home. Produced for the First Annual San Mateo Video Competition. "Expressions" was selected as a finalist in the college category and voted as the winning production by the viewing audience.
Asking You
A short film produced by CCF Cal Poly for the 168 Film Competition in 2013. Asking You is a 10-minute film based on the Bible verse, Genesis 33:8-9. Shot, edited and produced in San Luis Obispo
"What's Up, San Mateo?" Show Open
A 20 second show open created for the "What Up, San Mateo?" magazine-style news show produced in Studio B at the College of San Mateo. Shot with the Canon 600D. Tracking, animation and rendering all done with Adobe After Effects CS6.
